About these terms

These terms cover use of this website and set out the basis on which Rare View Cleaning provides window cleaning, power washing and soft washing services. Specific terms for a particular job are confirmed with you in your quote.

Quotes and pricing

Prices depend on the property, the surfaces involved, the access available and the level of build up, so work is quoted per job. You receive a clear price before any work begins. A quote is based on the condition and access described or observed at the time it is given. If conditions on site turn out to be materially different, we will discuss it with you before continuing rather than proceeding and adjusting afterwards.

Bookings, rescheduling and weather

Exterior cleaning depends on conditions. Rain, high wind and other weather can affect both safety and the quality of the result, and we may contact you to move an appointment rather than deliver work that falls short. To reschedule or cancel from your side, please contact us on (242) 826-6620 as early as you are able.

Access and preparation

We ask that you provide safe access to the property and to an outdoor water source, move vehicles and outdoor items clear of the working area, close windows and doors on the elevation being cleaned, and keep pets indoors while work is underway. Where access or preparation prevents us from carrying out the work as scheduled, we may need to rearrange the visit.

Condition of the property

Please tell us in advance about any cracked or loose glass, failed seals, flaking paint, lifting render, damaged roof material or other pre existing defects. We assess surfaces and select the cleaning method accordingly, and we will decline or adapt work where a surface is not sound enough for it. We are not responsible for pre existing damage or for the failure of materials that were already compromised before we began.

Results

Some staining is permanent, some surfaces are permanently marked by earlier damage, and in a humid coastal climate organic growth returns over time. We will tell you honestly at the assessment what we expect to be achievable. Return of growth after a reasonable period is a function of the environment and is not a defect in the work.

Payment

Accepted payment methods and payment timing are confirmed with you when your quote is issued.
