What to have ready, and what to expect.

What to have ready

  • The property address and the best access point
  • Roughly what needs cleaning: glass, hard surfaces, render, roof or a combination
  • Whether the property is residential or commercial
  • Approximate height, or the number of storeys, for any elevated glass
  • Photos if you have them, which speed up an accurate quote considerably

On the day

  • Move vehicles and outdoor furniture clear of the working area
  • Close windows and doors on the elevation being cleaned
  • Unlock side gates and clear the path around the building
  • Keep pets indoors while equipment is running
  • Make sure an outdoor water source is accessible

Rescheduling and weather

  • Exterior cleaning depends on conditions, and rain or high wind can affect both safety and the finish
  • If the weather turns, we will contact you to move the appointment rather than deliver a compromised result
  • To reschedule or cancel from your side, contact us on (242) 826-6620 as early as you are able

For anything beyond a straightforward job, yes. Surfaces, access and the level of build up all affect the work involved, and a walkthrough gives you an accurate price rather than a guess.
